After graduating in Philosophy, Giovanni achieved an HR Master which allowed him to join Manpower where he dealt with Research and Selection of profiles in different sectors such as: GDO, HoReCa and Logistic.

Later, he attained in the world of Headhunting in Hunters Group managing selections of Middle and Top management profiles mainly for the ICT & Digital, Engineering and Sales & Marketing sectors.

Giovanni has develop a solid know-how of the search and selection dynamics for the IT profiles, and being reflexive, used to planning and organized these are his main features combined with his greatest passions: chess, tennis and cinema.
